Nursing, Vitamin B

by Roger Thompson

Vitamin is a complex of eight water-soluble vitamins that help your body stay active. Basically, it will keep your metabolism up. It is still considered one vitamin much like Vitamin C. It has recently been renamed vitamin B complex. There are many benefits to taking this vitamin and there are a lot of serious repercussions to those who don't use vitamin B complex. You will find that when you take a multi-vitamin, you will take vitamin B, as well as, many other vitamins. Vitamin B should be taken if you are trying to lose weight because it will help your metabolism to increase. Not only will vitamin b increase your metabolism, but it will also help you with your skin and muscle tone. It will keep your skin moist and soft. It will also allow you to work harder at the gym so that you can tone your body down. It also has been known to help the immune and nervous system. Sometimes when you get sick, you will be told to make sure that you have vitamin b and c in your diet, in it is true. Both vitamins will help you get over the common cold. Vitamin B will also increase your cell growth and division and that will keep your red blood cells up. It will prevent you from becoming anemic. If you find yourself stressed, depressed, or anxiety, you should take vitamin B because it will help fight your depression. It will get your body moving. You should also be aware that it has positive benefits to those who have heart disease. You need to take the vitamin everyday because it will be dispersed through your body and then out of your body through your urine. If you would like to eat more foods with vitamin b included you may want to go online and get a full list of foods to eat. However, if you eat some things like potatoes, bananas, beans, chili peppers, liver, turkey, and tuna, you should be able to easily incorporate vitamin b in your diet. One of the best sources of the vitamin and one of the most common drinks would be beer. Brewer's yeast is one of the best sources of vitamin b that you can find. However, for beers that are filtered or "lite" will not give you the amount as a regular beer or logger would.
