Fiber keeps the level of water high in the intestines which helps in the smooth excretion of stools. The products our body produces are also eliminated from our body with the help of fiber. In short fiber diets keep the body system running smoothly.

Nowadays every other person is having problems in his digestive system functionality and is suffering from many diseases; constant use of fibrous foods in the daily diet can surely decrease in these problems and even eliminate them for good.
