This toll free helpline provides with dual functions, it uses IVR (Interactive voice response system) to provide automated knowledge to general public and two counselors share information about various services and help people in making right decisions. Alliance Infotech developed a centralized helpline solution by using its product VoiceXchange (IVR) with a configurable call flow. VoiceXchange was integrated and connected with the centralized database and E1 digital lines of CRPF. The solution also has features for call recording and call transfer to counselors. A flexible CRM software was further introduced which can be customized according to the need of UNAID. Reports can be generated and completely customized from the software as per requirement. The system will keep callers identity confidential, and counselors will answer all his/her queries. This will definitely benefit both kinds of people, one who is HIV positive and the one who is unknown.
